INTEGRATED TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose & Scope)
The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operating entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company") and the users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") of the website and services (e.g., eSIM, USIM, and related travel services) provided under this platform.
Article 2 (Contracting Entity by Region & Currency)
To comply with local regulations and provide seamless local payment processing, the contracting party of the User is strictly determined based on the payment currency and selected country at the time of transaction. The User agrees that they are entering into an agreement with the specific entity as defined below:
South Korea (KRW Transactions):
Contracting Entity: IRON ASSET KOREA CO., LTD.
Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Korea (including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
Japan (JPY Transactions):
Contracting Entity: IRON ASSET JAPAN CO., LTD.
Governing Law: Laws of Japan (including the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions / 特定商取引法)
Indonesia (IDR Transactions):
Contracting Entity: PT. IRON ASSET INDONESIA
Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Indonesia (including UU ITE and local trade laws)
Rest of the World (USD and all other Transactions):
Contracting Entity: IRON UNITED PTE. LTD. (Singapore Corporate Entity)
Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Singapore
Article 3 (Device Compatibility & User Obligations)
Compatibility Check: The User holds the sole responsibility to ensure that their mobile device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. The Company shall not be liable for any compatibility issues arising from the User's negligence.
True Information: Users must provide accurate billing and identity details during signup or purchase. Any unauthorized use of another person’s identity (including DI or phone numbers) will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
Article 4 (Refund & Cancellation Policies)
The refund policy differs based on the specific contracting entity and product type as defined below:
Section A. For Transactions with IRON ASSET KOREA CO., LTD. (KRW)
eSIM Refunds:
Refund requests can be made within 30 days of purchase confirmation, provided that the eSIM has not been activated or used.
If the eSIM has been scanned, downloaded, or activated on a device, refunds are strictly restricted unless a technical defect of the eSIM network is officially verified.
USIM (Physical Sim) Refunds:
Refunds for a simple change of mind can be applied for within 7 days from the product receipt date.
Pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Korean Consumer Protection Act, refunds may be restricted if the product is damaged by consumer fault, or if the package has been opened/used.
Full refund is processed if cancelled prior to courier shipment dispatch.
Section B. For Transactions with IRON UNITED PTE. LTD. (USD / Global)
Cancellation Window: eSIM vouchers can be refunded within 7 days after purchase confirmation, strictly prior to check-in or data plan installation (scanning the QR code).
Technical Issues: If local communication fails, the User must contact the customer support center (via local Wi-Fi, chat, or email) to verify and troubleshoot the settings. Refunds requested after returning to the home country without prior local verification cannot be processed.
No Compensations: Under no circumstances shall the Company compensate for secondary damages caused by the non-use of data (e.g., transport delays, missed reservations).
Section C. For Transactions with IRON ASSET JAPAN CO., LTD. (JPY)
Commercial Transaction Disclosure: All sales are governed by the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
No-Refund Principle after Delivery: Due to the digital nature of the eSIM, once the QR code has been delivered/sent via email, cancellation or refunds based on the user's change of mind are not permitted unless the digital product itself has a verified inherent defect.
Section D. For Transactions with PT. IRON ASSET INDONESIA (IDR)
Local Payment Terminations: Refund processing times may vary depending on local payment gateway (e.g., Xendit) and local bank settlement schedules.
Troubleshooting Obligation: Refunds for connection failure are only processed if the user has actively contacted Indonesia Customer Support and completed local configuration checks.
Article 5 (Fair Usage Policy & Service Restrictions)
FUP (Fair Usage Policy): Local telecommunication carriers may temporarily limit data speeds when a User exceeds a certain threshold of data usage in a single day, according to their fair usage policies.
Prohibited Actions: The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account or active eSIM without prior notice if fraudulent transactions, excessive network abuse, or illegal activities (reverse-engineering, server overloading) are detected.
Article 6 (Disclaimer of Liability)
Carrier Outages: The Company acts as an intermediary or reseller of telecommunication profiles. The Company is exempt from liability for temporary network outages, severe weather disruptions, or carrier maintenance.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to natural disasters, war, government policies, or flight cancellations.
Article 7 (Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising between the User and the Company shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of the contracting entity's country as outlined in Article 2.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under local mandatory laws, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
